I was talking with my dad, and I told him I wanted to learn to sing, play piano, and play guitar (not necessarily in that order), and he said that I should take piano lessons first (I'm still planning to take lessons on all of those, just that I only have time for 1 right now, because I'm so busy), and that it will help me with singing later on. I have been playing the piano for about 8 years. I love it! I finished 7 grades and I can play by notes well. I just have a somewhat heard time with rhythm and with accompanying a melody or someone singing. I usually end up playing the same type of accompaniment and it’s too boring.
